A House Blessing for Protection, Peace & Alignment
Before placing the selenite guardians, we first honour the home itself. This ritual is an invitation for stagnant energy to leave, for gratitude to fill the space, and for every doorway to become a threshold of light.

Threshold of Light

You'll need
Selenite rods (one for each window and door)
A cleansing sage spray or cleansing incense
A quiet moment of intention

The Ritual

1. Open the house
Open every window and every door. Allow fresh air to move freely through the home, symbolising release and renewal.

2. Cleanse each room
Walk slowly through your home with your sage spray or incense. As you move, speak with gratitude:
Thank you, dear home, for your shelter, your stability, your warmth and your protection. May all energy not aligned with my highest good, or that of my family, now leave this space in peace. Only love, truth and light may remain.

3. Prepare the guardians
The selenite rods have rested beneath both the Full Moon and the New Moon, followed by a day in sunlight—holding the symbolism of reflection and illumination. Bring them gently inside.

4. Bless the thresholds
Place one selenite rod above every window and above every doorway. As each is placed, say:
May every soul who enters this threshold arrive cleansed, their intentions softened, their spirit realigned in light. May nothing linger here except love.

5. Seal the home
Stand quietly in the centre of your home. Place your hands over your heart and offer your final gratitude:
This home is held in light. It is a sanctuary of peace, compassion and truth. May all who dwell here, and all who enter, be welcomed in harmony. And so it is.
